ANNUAL CONTRACTS

Dry Storage Inside Paid In Full:	Starting at $7.95 per foot	Wet Slip Paid In Full:	Starting at $8.45 per foot
Dry Storage Inside Paid Monthly:	Starting at $8.45 per foot *minimum 24ft	Wet Slip Paid Monthly:	Starting at $8.95 per foot *minimum 28 ft

MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACTS

Dry Storage Inside Paid Monthly:	$350.00 a month	Wet Slip Paid Monthly 28ft or less:	$300.00 a month
Dry Storage Outside Paid Monthly:	$300.00 a month	Wet Slip Paid Monthly 29ft or more:	$400.00 a month

JET SKI ANNUAL RATES PAID IN FULL

Inside Dry Storage: $695.00 a year pd in full

Wet Slip Storage: $595.00 a year pd in full

Q: What is the difference between an annual and a month to month contract

A: With an annual contract you are obligated to the marina for your slip for the entire year weather the boat is there or not, also with an annual contract you pay less per month. With a month to month contract you are only obligated to the marina for that particular month and you pay a little more, also on a month to month you are not guaranteed to have that slip available for the next month because someone else might have it reserved. So having an annual contract is always better for you just for the peace of mind and for your wallet!
