Q: What is the difference between an annual and a month to
month contract
A: With an annual contract you are obligated to the marina for
your slip for the entire year weather the boat is there or
not, also with an annual contract you pay less per month. With
a month to month contract you are only obligated to the marina
for that particular month and you pay a little more, also on a
month to month you are not guaranteed to have that slip
available for the next month because someone else might have
it reserved. So having an annual contract is always better for
you just for the peace of mind and for your wallet!
